Numerology

Have you ever wondered what the meaning of life is, or, rather more, how you fit in and your hidden strengths? If this is the case then Numerology could be something suitable for you!
Although not everyone out there has probably heard of (let alone spelt) Numerology before, it is a rather mysterious art of studying numbers which are given by some calculations taken from your name and birth date. For someone like myself, who never really did that well in maths, I can’t really give you a proper explanation of how these numbers are calculated and used to outline your personality, but in an interesting way, some of what is said is quite true.
To be honest, as with many of these prophetic things there’s a fair bit of salt to be pinched when taking the advice given by it. It’s fairly impossible for some programme to be completely accurate by giving generic answers. However, what can be taken is a fair amount of positive, constructive criticism.
As touched upon, the application asks for you to fill in your first name and surname then followed by your date of birth. The feedback you’re given then covers your nature, character, longings, talents, inheritance, forces/flaws and your fate.
Rather than the usual quick answers, the information you’re given is actually quite in depth. If at least nothing else, the application provides you with some definite food for thought, particularly where your fate is concerned. I personally believe you create your own fate and what you do on the run-up to the end is your doing and of those elements and the influences around you.
The title allows you to save your details should you wish – ideal for quick reference for you and two other people’s information/results. It also allows you to put in your friends and relatives information for you to then share and compare the findings.
The controls for inputting information and navigating your way around work as you would when compiling a text message.
As interesting as this programme is, I think this title would have benefited from explaining the process a little more or showing how you compare to other ‘numbers’. For some who would be really interested in this sort of thing, e.g. those who like horoscopes, it would have brought a bit more depth and understanding.
That being said, this application does put a positive spin on every aspect, even your apparent shortcomings. So if you’re in need of a little light-hearted guidance or want to compare your results with others, then this could be a good buy for you.
