Have you ever wanted to send a message to a friend or loved one but have a bad case of writer’s block? Well if so, Txt Buddy is going to swiftly become your powerful pocket-pal.
We’ve all been there haven’t we? You just heard its someone’s birthday and it’s totally passed you by and now with the seconds ticking away, you’re left to quickly rush a message to try and make it not sound too obvious and yet completely original, only trouble is, we’re not all gifted wordsmiths.
This is just one instance where Txt Buddy will not just save your life but also avoid any embarrassment and even give you extra brownie points with those you send your messages to. Fortunately, there are a number of other helpful pre-loaded messages which you can personalise and edit as you desire which can be used for just about any occasion. There are a plethora of ready-made messages for Christmas, New Year, Mothers and Fathers Day, Valentines and Birthday.
If however it’s not such a serious occasion and you want to spark up a conversation you have four kinds of ‘love’ messages to pick from. Firstly there’s ‘love’, ‘kiss’, ‘friendship’ and ‘flirt’. Simply put, no matter what your age, who you’re speaking with and what you wish to say, this helps you put these feelings or thoughts into words. Again, best of all, they’re all totally flexible so you can make alterations to suit if this is desired to make it sound more personal.
If you want to just put a smile on someone else’s face then there’s a vast array of funny jokes (both clean and dirty). As for the jokes themselves, they’re actually not too bad at all and quite a few gave my friends and I a good giggle.
Something a little ‘old school’ these days are picture messages which use nothing but text and symbols in the right positions. These are a little dated but are still novel enough to warrant sharing these with your friends. The only fiddly thing about these ‘pictures’ are that some don’t really resemble what they are supposed to – the best way to describe this is like the star signs and the stars themselves, you need a bit of artistic license to ‘see’ them. On the plus side however there are more than one of the same designs for the picture and you can make alterations to suit.
Last, but no means least, you can create your own text messages which you can save and use to your hearts content. This makes it pretty adaptable and arguably more safe or easy to use than your own text function on your phone.
So all in all then, this is a perfect addition to your phones’ features and although shouldn’t replace your text function completely, does offer an array of messages to choose from and adapt to suit your needs. I think the only thing that this programme fails to do is have a few messages for sad occasions or sympathy. Otherwise, this is a really flexible and powerful package that will give you inspiration and much more.
